Mr Thomas Grubb
Thomas studied organ and harpsichord at the University of Melbourne with Geoffrey Cox. In 1994, he moved to Germany and completed a Masters in Performance (organ) with Ludger Lohmann in Stuttgart. On his return in 1999, he was Assistant Organist at St Patrick’s Cathedral until 2006. As a performer and composer, he has experience with many musical styles and has a special interest in early music and improvisation. Since forming the recording company Mano Musica in 2001, he was worked as a producer for many of Australia’s major orchestras and musicians. He currently plays for the St Patrick’s Cathedral Singers on Sunday evenings.
